Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, BHEL, has secured a significant order worth Rs 13,500 crore from NTPC. This order is for the main plant package of the 2,400 MW Telangana Stage-II thermal power plant. BHEL received the Notification of Award on March 29, 2026. The project scope includes design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, commissioning, and testing of the main plant package.
